Today we visited the pretty town of Kirkby Lonsdale, nestled in the Lune Valley, England. As you can see the Christmas trees are still lit! The town benefits from a selection of shops including a handmade chocolate shop, handmade bath/body shop, cheese shop, bakery and several deli's. There are several great lunch or dinner places and coffee lovers can rest their feet in one of the many cafe's. Both Turner & Constable painted many landscapes of this beautiful area.
A tasty lunch can be enjoyed at Plato's which serves mediterranean cuisine.
Rain was forecast so we wrapped up, here is my Chloe coat from a few seasons back with a black Anne Fontaine shirt and Ex Libris Kimonos scarf.. My little one stayed dry in his Silver Cross.
I am happy to report my Roger Viviers coped very well with the rain!
^My Ex-Libris en Kimonos scarf, a truly wonderful friend helped me to find this (thank you!)
Have a lovely rest of the week, Elle xx

Good idea, worth a visit if you are in the area, the Royal hotel has a cozy log fire to have a drink and relax by which is nice in Winter x
