A visit to our local Farm Shop & Brides Rebelles Scarf

^A selection of the yummy farm made breads.

The shop has a large selection of meals made on the Farm and then frozen, ideal for the occasional lazy night, home made soups, fresh meats, home made cakes, locally pressed fruit juices, dairy the goes on and on!  There is also a wonderful cafe to relax in.

My boy overseeing the selection of vegetables for tonight's dinner!

Later on I rustled up some scones which we enjoyed with the strawberry farm jam we had brought back.

I wore black bootcut jeans, Hugo Boss shirt with Brides Rebelles Hermes scarf, I added my Burberry black trench as I left the door which has recently been sent back to Burberry to have a wool lining attached (which is removable in Spring/Summer - it has simple buttons to attach) it makes a real difference to the warmth of the Trench.

Have a lovely week, Elle xx

Thanks, it really is a pleasure to buy our groceries here or to have a meal in the cafe. I like to try and support local producers too.

Hmmm. That's interesting that Burberry will do a lining. How do you order it? I'd have to go through the internet, so it might be a bit hard? Mostly I wouldn't need a lining as it's so warm in Australia, but it would be useful for travel, and would probably make me wear my trench more.
Loved the pics of the farm shop - you're lucky to have access to such wonderful local produce. xx

Thanks!

The liner was news to me, I had never heard of one before, but instore the SA told me they have been out for many years!

I have seen them online I think it was at net-a-porter.com, I bought mine instore and they sent it away to be attached to the trench. It is a very easy procedure so if you buy one online it would be very simple for a tailor to put the buttons inside - or if you or a friend can sew it is really very straightforward.

I have been able to wear my trench in much colder weather which is great.

Take care xxElle

You look great as always and your boy gets more adorable each day :) By the way, do you still wear your brown Brides De Gala dip dye scarf from time to time?

^Hi

Thanks!

I don't wear scarves as much as I did before I had my boy, probably because he likes to pull them! The dip dye has not been worn in ages, maybe I should wear it soon...

I sold the red dip dye BDG but kept the brown version - now I am looking for another red scarf but am struggling to find one..

Have a lovely eve Elle x
